All orders are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is submitted. Exceptions include sale items and products damaged due to normal wear and tear. Non-eligible items: Gift cards, personalized products, opened/used sage sticks/candles/soaps, and sale items.Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Defective/wrong items received due to company error qualify for free return shipping.Return & Exchange Process
